Shala Crow ~ Treasurer
Shala Crow brings her dedication and expertise to the Foster Parent Association of Washington State (FPAWS) as Treasurer. With a deep commitment to supporting foster families and youth, Shala plays a vital role in managing FPAWS' financial resources to ensure the organization can continue its mission of advocacy, education, and support. As a long-time advocate for foster care and a foster parent for 9 years, Shala is passionate about creating positive change within the system. Her strong background in foster care recruitment and retention, organizational management and fiscal responsibility ensures that every dollar is utilized effectively to benefit foster parents, children, and programs across Washington State. In addition to her role as Treasurer, Shala is an active supporter of initiatives that provide resources, training, and community building for foster families. Her leadership and vision help FPAWS remain a trusted and impactful organization in the foster care community. Outside of her work with FPAWS, Shala enjoys travel, grandkids and family, bringing a balance of professionalism and compassion to her role. Shala is also the executive director at Foster Hearts in Bellingham WA. Her unwavering dedication makes her an invaluable member of the FPAWS leadership team.
