With experience fostering over 100 youth, particularly at-risk and trauma-impacted children, she continues to support youth aging out of care, guiding them in their transition to independence. As President of FPAWS, Jazz is focused on building innovative systems, impactful collaborations, and educational programs that empower caregivers and foster inclusive family environments. Her goal is to bridge the gap between DCYF and the foster community, creating a unified approach with accountability for everyone involved.
